Join us in Paradise! A $500 deposit due by May 20th will hold your spot and balance will be due 60 days prior. Once you have made a deposit, I will call you and do the air for you since we have so many people coming from different locations. Act fast and let's make this happen. *Club Room Twin In the midst of a delightfully shady garden with a pot-pourri of floral fragrances, this club room is elegant and comfortable. Colorful 2 floor bungalows. The 290 rooms are divided between several buildings. the buildings have no elevators but there are not many steps. The A,B and C buildings are in the "Marina" area and buildings D, E and F are in the "Florina" area.

Features
Club Med Turks & Caicos sits on Grace Bay Beach and provides an array of on-site water sports and lessons including sailing, kayaking, snorkeling and windsurfing. Guests can also arrange off-site activities like scuba diving, golfing and horseback riding. The beach has sun loungers and umbrellas, as does the large outdoor swimming pool. Do you match singles with roommates? What if I prefer my own room?
We do match singles with roommates of the same gender and similar age (whenever possible) at no additional charge. Booking early will help ensure that you are matched with someone close to your age but this can not be guaranteed. This complimentary matching service saves our guests money by allowing them to take advantage of the shared (double) occupancy rate.
Please note that Meet Me There Events accepts no responsibility for roommate matching incompatibility such as sleep patterns, snoring, noise, or age differences. If you are concerned that any of these disparities may be an issue affecting the enjoyment of your vacation, we recommend you purchase a single cabin or better yet - bring a friend along.
We will match clients of the same gender to share a room, and it will try to match roommates based on age similarity, although this is not a guarantee. We do not conduct any type of background checks on it clients in general, and specifically does not conduct background checks on matching a client with another in a roommate situation.
Meet Me There Events makes no representations or warranties regarding compatibility between roommates. Our roommate matching is strictly for non-smokers - this is for the comfort of all our roommate matches, and it relies on the honor system at booking and common courtesy while in attendance. Even if you don’t consider yourself a regular smoker, if you do choose to smoke during the trip, then you will not have the option of using our roommate matching on any future trips.
Under no circumstances will Meet Me There Events Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental arising out of or relating to the conduct of any client or guest action or interaction between clients or guests, including without limitation bodily injury, emotional distress, harassment, and defamation.
Are the prices quoted based on sharing a room?
We offer rates for both single and double occupancy and are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made, the credit card has been charged and an invoice has been physically mailed or emailed to you. Prices are subject to availability and do sell out quickly, so reserve your space early for the best rates.
How much is my deposit and when is my final payment due?
We require a deposit for each booking to reserve your pace (unless otherwise stated). Deposit amounts vary and are based on the length of the trip.Deposit information for each trip is posted next to the online pricing information.
Do I need a passport?
On June 1, 2009, the U.S. government will implement the full requirements of the land and sea phase of WHTI. The proposed rules require most U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry to have a passport, passport card, or other travel document approved by the Department of Homeland Security.

What is travel insurance? Do I need it? Travel Insurance is available for purchase through Meet Me There Events to protect your vacation investment should you need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend travel insurance for your vacation investment. Our special insurance plan will cover you for most illness and accidents, your personal belongings, trip delays and much more. The cost of travel insurance is non-refundable.
